Subsequent to a successful application, the personal data collected will, thereafter, be used for employment and all its related processes.
All applications received will be treated in strict confidence. Information on unsuccessful candidates will be retained in our Company for 12 months. After that, your data will be discarded permanently from our database.
The Group is an organization with high business integrity. As a good corporate governance practice, we will conduct reference check on job applications. We would verify the data, including but not limited to employment history, salary history and performance rating, with the applicants’ previous employers. Prior to the reference check, we would solicit the applicants’ consent and authorization, at the Applicant’s Declaration of the application form for Employment, to ascertain the process is undergoing in a lawful and reasonable manner.
Should a job applicant / employee is found to provide untrue and misleading data during the recruitment process, the Group would disqualify the applicant or discharge the employee from the employment.
